School and Sports Physicals Appointments are now being scheduled for all school and sport-related physicals during our normal office hours, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday, and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday. Welcome Brahm Jyot, MD Primary Care Group would like to welcome Brahm Jyot, MD to our team. Dr. Jyot joined Primary Care Group in July, 2011. He is a general surgeon specializing in advanced laparoscopic surgeries and is currently accepting patients. Welcome Megan Hoffman, APN Primary Care Group is pleased to announce that Megan Hoffman will be a new addition to our team beginning August, 2011. Megan is a nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine and will see patients of all ages.
