School and Sports Physicals

Appointments are now being scheduled for all school and sport-related physicals during our normal office hours, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday, and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday.

Primary Care Group would like to welcome Adam Vargo, MD to our team. He recently joined our Carrier Mills office in September 2007. He specialized in family practice and is currently accepting new patients. Call Sloan Medical Clinic at 618-994-2321 to schedule an appointment.

Patient Access Service

Watch for a new patient access service coming in 2008! This service will allow patients to register and receive user ids and passwords from our practice, to obtain information from health records over secured paths. Registered patients can make appointments and refill requests, review lab results, exchanges messages and email with their caregivers, and make changes to personal information (i.e. address, phone number, or insurance information). This will allow us to better serve our patients' needs.
