Primary Care Group was formed in 1997 by combining the medical practices of Doctors. Larry Jones, Charles Seten, Roger Watters, Steven Knight and Michael York. These physicians have been involved in Saline County for more than 25 years. Primary Care Group has grown to be the largest medical practice in Southeastern Illinois. Ten Physicians, four mid-level providers and a support staff of 45 employees provide a full range of diagnostic and health care services to all ages, from newborns to the elderly.

Primary Care Group and Dr. Sloan merged practices to better serve the community needs. Adam Vargo, MD joined Sloan Medical Clinic in September 2007 and is currently accepting new patients.

In order to provide the highest standard of medical care, we feel that open lines of communication are the key to a good patient-physician relationship.
