Primary Care Group was formed in 1997 by combining three local medical practices with similar beliefs and values. Primary Care Group has grown to be the largest medical practice in Southeastern Illinois. With ten Physicians, seven mid-level providers and a support staff of 70 employees, Primary Care Group is able to provide a full range of diagnostic and health care services to all ages, from newborns to the elderly.

Primary Care Group has two locations; the main office in Harrisburg, IL, and Sloan Medical Clinic in Carrier Mills, IL.

In order to provide the highest standard of medical care, we feel that open lines of communication are the key to a good patient-physician relationship.
